(And of course, Starbucks :) LOCATIONS:* 1 min to I-405 freeway. * Walking distance to South Bay Galleria and major shopping malls & restaurants on Hawthorne Blvd.* 10 min drive to major beach cities (Manhattan Beach / Hermosa Beach / Redondo Beach).* 10 min drive to Del Amo Fashion Center.* 15 min drive to LAX.* Short drive to Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood, Downtown L.A as well as Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and Universal Studios and other attractions in Los Angeles area.PARKING:If you have a car, park right in front of the house. There are no permits needed and usually we have plenty of parking available. Street cleaning is on Wednesday morning 9am - 12pm. Please move your car on the other side of street if you plan to sleep in on Tuesday. **** IMPORTANT NOTES**** * We don't allow any type of parties / gatherings / events. The host lives onsite in a different unit, so we'd know right away. If you violate the rule, your reservation will be immediately canceled. * For liability reasons, guests may NOT bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only registered guests may enter the premises. * This apartment is centrally located on a main street, some street noise is unavoidable. If you are expecting country quiet at night, this may not be a fit for you. * There is an outdoor security camera monitoring the street entrance to the house for everyone's safety.
