Restaurants and shops in the ski valley are conveniently nestled within a leisurely stroll, while more entertainment can be found 30 minutes away in Taos.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.No pets of any kind are allowed at this vacation home. No sprinter vans are permitted.Parking passes must be visible at all times or the vehicle may be towed at the guest(s) expense.This ground-floor unit is accessed via six steps at the entryway. The condo does not have air-conditioning.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
