(Your home is located in a canyon in the Carson National Forest and is surrounded by mountains. As such, the internet can be unreliable and is not suited for working remotely.)Your rental includes a convenient ski locker at the base of the mountain during the winter season.Assigned covered parking is available for one car. First-come, first-serve parking may also be available in the complimentary ski resort lot, a short walk away.This rental does not have air-conditioning and is located on the lower level (down one flight of stairs).THE LOCATIONThe lifts are just a 5-minute walk from your front door.In warmer months, stroll the Bull of the Woods Trail (450’ away), which winds its way to beautiful Wheeler Peak -- the highest point in New Mexico.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
