Wth a nice long cover porch easily accessible by two doors, where you can enjoy the outdoors day or night. Sit and relax. Nestled on a side street on a neatly maintained partially fenced yard. With off street parking for two or more vehicles. Less than a quarter mile from the Llano River at Badu Park, which has a splash pad available for anyone to use. The park is free and the water is refreshing! Local farmer's Market every weekend during the summer, on the square. I love to check out all the thrift and antique shops. There's always something that cathes my eye. For the golfer, there are multiple public gulf courses available nearby. If you like to go out to eat you will surely find a favorite restaurant. From Cooper famous BBQ, to Gio's Italian restaurants and everything in between. If its adventure you seek, check out Enchanted Rock for an amazingly climb. Or visit all the trails or Wineries in nearby Fredricksburg. Or the amazing Elephant Preserve. You will never run out of things to do. Or fun to have!
