The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV - there is a cozy seating area by the fireplace where you can snuggle up and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Adjacent to the living area is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also enjoys a welcoming sunroom that opens to the backyard. There are two main bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a claw foot tub and a stacked washer/dryer.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PMCheck-out time: 10:00 AMAll guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AMNo smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.This property is managed by Vacasa New Mexico LLC.Short-term rental permit #9564If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. These cameras are utilized while the home is vacant for security purposes only and turned off while guests are present in the home.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
