This home has Very high ceilings, with fans and skylights well decorated in 2 rooms. You have an excellent unobstructed view of the lake. Lots of inclusions for kids. This house is cooled and heated by AirPro Mini-splits for your comfort.Guest access: all space is accessibleOther things to note for your needs:There are 2 binders: Black Floreal...House Manual, How Elephant Butte Became, Menus from restaurants, What Animals and Critters in the Area, and Things to Do...
