The house was built with one bedroom (upstairs with a king bed) plus a large den (downstairs with a king bed) and an office (downstairs with a queen bed). The primary suite upstairs has an en suite bathroom; the office and the den downstairs share a bathroom. The 1/2 bath is upstairs off of the kitchen and living area. This was built and permitted as a one-bedroom house and the maximum occupancy is four people.Conveniently located less than a mile from Pleasure Point, a mere 5 minute drive from the Santa Cruz Harbor and a scenic 2 miles along East Cliff Drive to downtown Capitola with its many activities and restaurants, we provide cruiser bikes and invite you to ride and explore this vibrant neighborhood. The outdoor terrace is the favorite spot where you can prepare dinner on the gas BBQ, lounge on the 10-foot outdoor sofa, sip your favorite drink and soak in the ocean views while listening to the sound of the waves. Two-story house with a fully stocked kitchen, stunning ocean views, and plush bedding for the most restful sleep imaginable. It really does not get much better than this!This is our home away from home that we listed on Vrbo a few years ago for a couple of months and now we are listing again to share our beautiful getaway. No pets and No smoking in the house.
