Enjoy a 10 to 15 minute morning walk down to Capitola village for coffee or a short walk towards 41st Ave for dinner. It's in a prime location, whether it's adventure or relaxation you seek. It has two bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. The house can sleeps a total of 6 to 8 guests with the use of the finished garage. The two car garage, which is separate from the house, is insulated, heated, dry walled and decorated. The garage has One set of twin bunk beds, comfy queen size hide a bed sofa, ping pong table and access to the bathroom inside the home. Perfect recreation room for the kids to play and sleep. (use of garage space is priced separately)The updated cottage has a brand new kitchen & appliances so you can enjoy meals at home. There is a gas BBQ grill in the back yard. Complimentary WiFi & Cable TV.The House sleeps 4 guests at $298 per evening. We have a strict NO PET Policy. A family member is severe allergy to animals. If you would like to UPGRADE ($363 per night) we have an additional room with 1 set of twin Bunk Beds, queen sofa sleeper, Ping Pong Table and seating area. Some guests like having the additional space. Let me know before you make a reservation if you would like to add on the additional room and we can grant you access. Once again the House with the additional add on room is $363 per night stay.In the front of the home there is one exterior security camera, like a video doorbell front door only. This is for your protection.
