The living room & kitchen are located on the same floor with tropical garden views throughout. Sit back & unwind with a cup of coffee & book in hand on the balcony of the living room.Spiral staircase leads you to the loft bedroom above the kitchen with 2 twin beds.Downstairs you have a large family room with a Large Flat Screen TV, 2 couches to snuggle up and watch a family movie, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo equipment, internet etc.Also located downstairs is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. along with the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed with garden views. Come join us for a peaceful beach retreat and enjoy all that Modern Oasis has to offer! Off street parking for 3+ cars.Please refer to our packing list as we do not provide beach toys or beach accessories.
