Spend some time with us, you may never want to leave!The Space:This home has been in the family for decades and is used often by family and friends! Over time our neighbors have become good friends and we ask that you not only respect our home and space, but theirs as well. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper initially guests to provide their own after that. Wifi is strong and capable for home school or work for easy staycations.Guest Access:PROPERTY ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock and is accessible anytime. We will send out the check in instructions 48 hours before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via the Airbnb or VRBO's messaging systems.The Neighborhood:Parking is tight in the neighborhood. Please be conscientious of the neighboring driveways and spots. There is one parking spot on the property and on street parking is also available. **Please note that the door does not automatically lock behind you, you have to manually enter the code and twist the dead bolt to lock the door***NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.Other Things to Note:There is to be no access to the roof past the decking on the second story. There are signs up on the property to show the area that is not allowed. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing this area.There is no access to the lofts in the ground floor bedrooms. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing this area. A $250 charge will be automatically applied if this rule is broken.
