This home is equipped with kitchen essentials and brand new appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring, washer and dryer for guest use as well as a private, fenced in private hot tub and lounge area with a BBQ and workout room in the garage.The Space:- The neighbors are starting construction and there is potential for noise next door.- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests- 3 Bedrooms- 3 Bathrooms- 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is street parking available too. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker- Living room- Large covered patios with a gas BBQ and large table- Private hot tub- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.Note:- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).- NO PETSGuest Access:Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home and backyard patio space, which includes a garage workout room, a fenced in backyard with a private hot tub, outdoor dinning, and a BBQ. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.- Landscaping is not intended to be edible.
