This is a remodeled studio with free WiFi, SmartTV, Alexa device, device charging station, Netflix, Pandora, YouTubeTV, Bluetooth speaker, K-Cup coffee maker, iron, luggage racks, ample closet, AC and Heater, ceiling fan, and beautiful covered patio with a propane gas outdoor fireplace. The owners live on this gated property and are nearby in case of any needs. If you are planning on attending the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, we are only minutes away and have a great location for all the fiesta fun. We are also only a short drive away from the Intel Park and Ride for the fiesta and it is strongly recommended if you will be attending ANY of the fiesta events. This is also the perfect place to relax and unwind in the peace of the country with the city just minutes away. Also enjoy our rural horse friendly village by shopping, having an espresso, fine dining, microbreweries, wineries, playing pool, pumpkin patching, public swimming pool, skate park, and farmer's market. Corrales also has a self guided walking tour, a grower's market, and the historic Old San Ysidro Church. Feed our quail then shop at the nearby Cottonwood Mall. Santa Fe is 50 minutes away. We are a veteran owned home with friendly and flexible scheduling.
