No live or loud music.(Space for parking a maximum of 8 cars in the driveway allowed. It's gates open to a long driveway.Entertain on the Baby Grand Piano in the Formal Living Room... or Dine in either the Dining Room or Family Room, (each have seating for 8 for sit down dinners or game board play.) Back patio can also be set up for sit down dining.Access from Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room through French doors that open out onto cobblestone patio with custom built circular gas pit. Stone steps guide you through the garden to the lower pool and wheelchair access, as well, down brick walk way. Includes wood burning fireplace, recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings.The Master Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the gardens with a spacious and luxurious bathroom, as well as, a sitting area. It has an updated Kitchen with Wolfrange, Subzero Refrigerator and Freezer, and gorgeous granite countertops.Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink.
