The "Lake House" - On The San Juan River. Three Bedroom 2 Bath on the San Juan River - right below quality waters. River access is directly behind home. Walking distance to Abes Store, fly shop and restaurant and to the Sportsman Store and restaurant. House has recently been updated with new floors, lighting and furniture. evaporative cooler, free wifi, large TV with DVD player. The backyard is newly landscaped and includes a 12' X 20' deck that overlooks the river. This area is perfect for bird watching and stargazing. There is also a 12' X 16' aluminium gazebo with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill. Plenty of parking. This property is used a lot by the owners. The minimum number of nights per stay has been increased to 3 nights in order to reduce the overall number of people in and out of the house. The house is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant after every stay.
