The rear deck overlooks Montecito creek, and is shaded by 200 year old sycamore trees. It is an easy stroll to both Miramar Beach and Hammond's Beach. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach wagon are available for your use. Montecito's Coast Village Road is a 2 minute drive away. Downtown Santa Barbara, with its beaches, museums, boating excursions, and other attractions, is about 10 minutes away.
