Bedroom with a king bed and sofa bed. Patio garden with sitting area and fire pit. 3 cruiser bikes available to use. Walking/ biking distance to Miramar/ Butterfly beach and Coast village restaurants and shops.Guest will have access to up to two parking spaces on the property (please park on the far right side of the driveway in front of the fence and the covered jet skis /trailer). Guests have a patio area on the side of the cottage with two chairs and a small table. There is also a hammock behind the cottage and a Little Rock retainer wall.Please enter the walkway to the cottage through the brown fence on the right side of the property in front of the cottage’s parking spaces.We are readily available to help guests with anything they need if we are in town, and if not we have a nearby property manager who is available in our place.Welcome to Montecito! Oprah and members of the Royal Family live down the street, literally. Miramar beach is considered one of the beat beaches in Southern California and it is a short walk or bike ride away. The newly opened Rosewood Miramar Hotel is just across the freeway and is unbelievable and very much open to the public and their pets. Fire pits, beautiful meditation gardens, bocce ball courts, several on-site restaurants, and beach access to Mirmar Beach. Hang out there long enough and you’re likely to run into a celebrity or two...Being so close to the freeway we have easy access to anywhere you want to go. Downtown Santa Barbara is a 10 min drive. Santa Ynez 25mins. Take our beach cruiser bikes or walk over to Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar hotel. Tons of gorgeous hiking within a few mins drive (or bike ride).Please clean up after your pet. Please be accurate about the # of guests included as part of your stay.
