We have smoke and noise-aware detectors to make sure our guests follow our house rules. If the smoke aware notify us that someone is smoking inside of the house, the reservation will be automatically canceled and we will advise the guest to leave the property immediately. if we got a notification that the noise level is too high, we will reach out to the guest two times. If they don't change the behavior we will cancel the reservation and invite the guest to leave the property.- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).- We have a ring doorbell at the front and back for security reasons.- Locals must contact us before booking.- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding.To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.STRP2023-00032
