No smoking in or on property, no deep fryers or fire pits, bc of fire spark danger. We are in national forest. We are on the mountain side close to The Lodge; in fact, you can walk to end of one street and see the golf course with lots of resident elks! A beautiful, scenic drive takes you to Alamogordo and White Sands. Drive through the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation to Ruidosa for more fun. Hiking trail info is in cabin. Go to Cloudcroft Chamber of Commerce for a list of all activities and festivals.You must be 23 to secure a reservation. All payments are handled through VRBO only. No smoking in cabin or on property, no pets. Parking is directly in front of cabin, the length of cabin only. We can accommodate 2 cars parallel parked. Please do not block the short driveway, as neighbor must be able to drive through. The long driveway to right, facing cabin, is private property and cannot be used.
