As you walk up the staircase you will find a relaxing oasis. The deck is wonderful for summer morning coffee and game nights on the outdoor table. In addition to the outdoor seating there is a table in the kitchen. Complete with a comfortable living space and a primary bedroom and bath. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The owner provides two on street parking permits. Parking is not allowed in the driveway.Nightly rentals permitted with a 2 night minimum. Weekly discounts for 7 night stays.Bedding- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 SinglesAll VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
