Enjoy direct access to the Breakwater Junction bike trail and a short bike ride to the Rehoboth beach & boardwalk. You're minutes away from retail shopping & restaurants on Coastal Highway (Rt-1).Handicap friendly- First floor, one level unit. Grab bars have been installed in the bathroom showers and light switches lowered. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $225.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.This home is pet-friendly, happily accepting your four-legged friends during your vacation for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee (The landlord is allowing only dogs).This property is non-smoking.
