Beautiful wood ceilings on the main and upper level with a large open kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, island seating, and adjoining screened in porch with a swing that offers a seasonal view of the lake. The main floor has a large master bedroom with custom wood furniture, TV, and private full bathroom and closet.Washer and dryer on the main floor.The main floor also features a 2nd bedroom with custom wood furniture, TV, full bed, and a full bathroom just outside in the hallway.Upstairs, you will find the 3rd bedroom featuring custom wooden twin and full bed, 4th bedroom with a custom wooden full bed and TV. There is a half bathroom in the adjoining hallway. Access the lower level through a glass door on the main floor with vaulted ceilings in the lower lever and walk out access to the backyard and side of the house. Enjoy grilling on the lower level patio with a new gas grill (see picture for size of the grill) while your family enjoys a game of cornhole, bocce ball, or badminton. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit after a day on the lake. Lower level also features a full bathroom, futon, and large sectional couch with large flat screen TV perfect for resting after a long day on the lake to watch a movie.All TVs have Sling TV and Netflix logged in.Free WiFi.The lower level also has a ping-pong table, Foosball table, and mounted basketball goal (no dunking), Connect Four. 🏓🏀There is plenty of room for off road parking with pitched parking in front of the house and to the side (up to 6 cars). ATTENTION: UNABLE TO PARK A BOAT DUE TO PITCH OF THE SIDE DRIVEWAY. OPEN AND COVERED SLIPS AS WELL AS PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT JAMESTOWN MARINA AND STATE DOCK. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU BOOK AND THEN WANT TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF BOAT PARKING OPTIONS UNLESS YOU ARE WITHIN THE CANCELLATION POLICY WINDOW. Viewpoint road offers excellent walking/jogging/biking with low level traffic and great views of the lake. Kendall Park in Jamestown offers some mountain bike trails. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Be respectful of the neighbors.No parties.No loud outside noise. Monitored with Minut device. You will be asked to leave for noise complaints.Jamestown marina is 2.2 miles/5 minutes away. The marina offers different types of pontoon and houseboat rentals along with kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals. Enjoy a meal at Mariner's Cafe or grab a drink in the patio bar Cumberland Tap.Kentucky State Dock is 15 miles/25 minutes away. They offer different type of boat rentals including pontoon and ski boats, wave runners, kayaks, paddle boards. There pricing is less than Jamestown Marina. They also have a Tiki Bar and Grill.
