Nestled in a quaint town, this cozy cabin boasts lake views for miles. This elite vacation rental is a short boat ride across the water to Eastport Marina. Also within a boat ride away you'll find JP Coleman State Park, Aqua Yacht Harbor, Pickwick Landing Park, and Florence Marina. Pickwick Lake is known for some of the best fishing around. Upon arrival you'll find a circular driveway and a generous amount of decking complete with a porch swing that welcomes you to the lake. The main level features an open concept with an equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a living room complete with a sleeper sofa, full size couch, and a recliner to kick back and relax. The charm is visible in the country kitchen stocked with a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and all utensils. The master suite is privately located upstairs with a cozy king size bed, a sitting area, with a tiled walk in shower. The home is also equipped with all linens, towels, hair dryer, and iron. Just bring your clothes and start enjoying the lake life. The lower level of the cabin features two bedrooms and a separate living area. Each downstairs bedroom offers newly furnished queen size beds. The doorway in the downstairs living room opens to the paver stone steps which leads to the waters edge. This vacation rental boasts over 500 feet of shoreline adorned with palm trees, a quality boat dock with two boat slips with a lift and a private beach area for your enjoyment.
