This cozy home has a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a small pantry. The living room has a comfortable restoration hardware luxe depth leather couch facing the private front gated patio which overlooks the palm tree lined neighborhood. Sit outside for your morning coffee or to enjoy the spectacular sunset. Upstairs is a spacious primary bedroom with a Tempurpedic king-sized bed. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office and workout room, but a queen Aerobed is available for additional sleeping space. The full bathroom has been updated with new fixtures and tilework. It includes an oversized shower with a soaking tub and a Toto bidet. Walking distance to the beach, Starbucks and Vons. All of this in close proximity to miles of sandy beaches, Ventura Harbor and downtown Ventura with its shops and restaurants.
