If smoking occurs during your stay, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your account. • No Pets are allowed on the property. If this no pets rule is broken, it will lead to immediate eviction and additional fees will be incurred.• Driveway parking is limited to 1 car. Off-street parking for an additional vehicle. It is strictly prohibited to park boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles or additional vehicles without prior approval.• Please refrain from charging your electric car as EV charging facilities are NOT available on-site. If you require charging for your electric car, we kindly suggest utilizing your preferred electric car charging services in the nearby area.• Remove your shoes while in the house. Keep our floors in good condition for future guests.• Please report any damages incurred or problems at the home immediately.• Missing or damaged items will be your responsibility. • Do not rearrange the furniture. • Do not disconnect any connected devices.• Turn off heater while away from the home.• Exterior security camera may be in use.• Please recycle and conserve water.
