Center of town location.The spaceTwo story Chalet style home with real hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace with a natural gas log lighter, and a large front covered deck for family and friends to gather around a view. The main common area is a open floor plan with vaulted cielings. The entertainer's kitchen is open to the action. Featuring a fullsize fridge with ice maker, and dual ovens to bake dessert and dinner at the same time! If cooking is part of your vacation fun, you found the right spot! If you rather order or dineout, being in Midtown has you covered as well.This home has 4 spacious and separate bedrooms with lockable doors. Each bedroom features a cieling fan and two windows to let in some fresh mountain air. 3 bedrooms have a TV. The entire Chalet has central Heat.The Master with a King bed is upstairs and has an ensuite full bath and portable AC. Also upstairs is the kitchen, main living area, and access to the deck. Downstairs (ground level) features 3 private bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed. Ground level also features a full bathroom and access to a washer and dryer in the entry hall. If the bathroom is tied up with a member of your group, a half bath is upstairs, in addition to the Master's ensuite as the third toilet. Perfect solution for that morning rush!Guest accessThe entire chalet is available, with exception to the owners closet right next to the entry and the storage shed in the backyard.Other things to noteIf traveling during recent snowfall, a 4x4, AWD and/or Snow Chains are recommended. Check weather conditions and plan accordingly.The property has a paved private driveway that is fairly steep at the bottom inside corner. Make a wide left turn so it's flatter, instead of cutting the corner, and even the smallest rwd or fwd vehicles will make it right to the door.
