Two large patios on either side of unit make it perfect for sipping coffee near palm trees, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Smart TV's located in living and master bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen make it perfect for cooking after a long day at the beach. Kitchen comes equipped with cooking basics, spices, keurig coffee machine, dishware, crockpot, toaster and more. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. On off beach days, head over to the amazing pool / clubhouse overlooking the intracoastal waterway and marina. Location is prime, restaurants & ice cream shops just 5 minutes away. One designated parking spot for unit and plenty of guest parking.Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect blend of relaxation and liveliness of restaurants right across the street. It offers three miles of beautiful beaches along with the most beautiful sunsets. It is a charming place with the best local resturants, such as Keegan's, Guppy's and Crabby Bills. The hustle and bustle of Clearwater is just a 15 minute drive down the coast.
