Super Cute & Modern ★ Little Studio Super cute studio (it is small) but nice. Private, recently remodeled, supplied with kitchen, eating and cooking supplies. The unit has a small portable AC, Fast wifi and smart TVFree parking on the street only- no private parking.-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.We cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.-Early check-in fee $25, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that has below 4 stars reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.Please note: - Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box.-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkoutPLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that does have below 4 star reviews, we will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.REMINDER: Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
