Sleeps 6 comfortably on Extra Comfy Queen Bed, Twin Sleeper Sofa (sleeps like a real bed) Plus Queen & Twin Futon mattresses in sleeping loft. Evenflo Baby Crib/Bed available. Beautifully furnished with a Southwestern theme, Washer/Dryer, full kitchen, micro, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker & other small appliances. All Linens, towels, kitchen items, paper products & soaps, etc. all included wtih daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals supply own soaps and paper products after first week. High speed Wifi. Plenty of free parking.RV/Camper space w/ water and 110v. elec .hookups available for $20 additional fee nightly. Horse corral available at $15 per night per horse. You supply feed and hay, Plenty of Free Parking. Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR players w/ movie library , basic cable + antenna picks up local digital stations ). Stereo CD/Radio, Gas Bar-B-Q and picnic tables. Please NO SMOKING indoors, and pick up after your pets.
