Huge living room with 65 inch TV, coffee/bar area, and 2 balconies to sit/enjoy the views from. The Rec room in the garage has basketball pop-a-shot, 65-inch tv, old school Nintendo with preloaded games, toddler/baby/kid toys, darts, and comfy bean bag chairs!The best part though is the outside space! San Diego is all about outdoor living with the 24/7 amazing weather! The pool overlooks the entire yard. The 55-inch TV can swivel to face the dining area, fire pit, or spa for watching Netflix, football, movies, etc. The BBQ island and fridge for enjoying delicious meals while swimming! The firepit for roasting marshmallows or relaxing after a long day of exploring the city! We also have corn hole, rings, tons of pool floats/toys, and everything needed for a good time! The pool is not very deep (just under 6 feet in the deep end) and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.Other things to note:- We require a credit card to be on file with a $300 hold (not a charge) placed the day before check-in as a security deposit. The security deposit allows for quick resolutions/fixing of any damages so that you/future guests are not impacted. - The hosts are the owners as well as CA licensed real estate brokers so you will find the home professionally managed!
