Walk to groceries, bars and restaurants, and a short drive to lots of activities!About Your Space:Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. Apartment 19 is located on the ground floor of a two story building, and the pool is steps from the door! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include the bedroom with a king bed and 2 double sofa bed in the living room. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and simple, modern luxury decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with adventures and new memories. FREE parking for 1 car, if you would need more space, contact the owner.Your Availability:“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”Your Neighborhood:Our neighborhood is convenient to the beach (10-15 minutes by car) and tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, activities and museums - it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale! Getting Around:It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
