It is about 250 yards to the gondola, a 5 minute walk through the village.You will also have access to 2 additional hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool in the adjacent Dakota Lodge.Keystone shuttle is in front of building. The condo is walking distance to lifts.- Guests must be 21 unless accompanied by an adult- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am- Check in is anytime after 4PM- Check out is 10AM- Guests need to let us know if they have a car to secure a parking pass, which will be filled out by the guest on their arrival- Please let us know if you have an oversized vehicle so we can assist you in making parking arrangements- We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum of $500 surcharge on their stay- Tidy up before you leave; please wipe down the top and inside of the stove if it is messy.- Strip linens from the beds and place linens and towels in the bathtub. Please do not remove pillows from shams or place blankets/bedspreads/comforters in the tub.- If you have dishes in the dishwasher, please run the dishwasher.- Take out the trash, there is a trash receptacle at the elevator and also on the 1st floor.- Leave the room keys on the kitchen counter- make sure all appliances are turned off and coffee maker unplugged- Turn off the fireplace- Turn the heat down to 60 degrees
