Plus the Mountain House Base area and Peru Express lift is only about a 5 minute walk away! The spacious living area features a Smart TV, comfortable mountain furniture, and even a boot drying rack. Curl up after a day of mountain fun to watch your favorite show and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The comfortable couch pulls out into a queen-sized sofa sleeper. There is an additional queen Murphy bed located in the living area. Extra linens for the sofa bed and Murphy bed are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. Just off living area is one of two private balconies, offering fresh mountain air, mountain views, and plenty of seating.The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining room table comfortably seats eight people, while the breakfast bar seats four. There is a dry bar in the living room with additional seating for six. The first of three full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.The primary suite features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a large private balcony with seating. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.Upstairs, there is an additional guest bedroom and a full bathroom.
