There is a second unit on the grounds, located in the front yard by the entrance gate, that has a full-time tenant. Your only interaction with him will be if you and he enter the grounds at the same time, or if you hear faint sounds of him playing the piano -- he's an accomplished musician. The homes are not attached.Other Things to Note:Note that unlike most Airbnbs, we don't require guests to do an hour of chores ahead of departure. We travel a lot too, and we get how un-fun it is to load the dishwasher and clothes washer, strip the beds, etc. while you're rushing to pack. All you need to do on your way out is lock the door, have a safe trip, and we hope to see you again!The fire table by the jacuzzi is currently not operational; we are getting it fixed.The owners live in the home several months each year, and they have left some of their personal belongings. They are stored in clearly-marked and locked private areas.Interaction with Guests:The property manager, Kevin, is always available for questions.
