We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off.
