Walking distance to several restaurants and a few markets. During prime season only Saturday one week reservations.Guest count must be accurate, fees vary depending on guest count.4 Beach tags are included. Fresh outdoor shower, Gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting area in the backyard.A Mitsubishi AC system has been installed and is keeping us cool or warm on the cool Fall/Spring night. Our newly updated kitchen features granite countertops and a large double basin sink, bringing style and function to the beach.Please note: Linens and towels are not included please bring your own. Maximum of 6 people per unit. Check in is at 2 PMAC in each bedroom, Outdoor shower, Internet, Netflix are included.Off-Street parking for 2 cars per unit.
