This, and a mini home gym and double laundry units, makes this is the perfect house to rent for fall and winter months!This reverse living oceanfront home is perfect for your family to get away and relax, with a private dune walkover to the beach! Enjoy the amazing views from the open concept living area featuring hard wood floors, gas fireplace, dining table that seats 8, large kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 6, and a spacious deck for dining al fresco while enjoying the ocean breezes. After dinner you can enjoy the sunsets from the hot tub on the rooftop deck. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a private bathroom and queen size pull out couch, along with sliders to take you to the back patio. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the middle floor, including the ensuite with access to a private covered deck. This home is perfectly located so you can walk or bicycle to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, shopping, and everything that Surf City has to offer!Pets will be considered for an additional $200 pet fee. There will be 8 beach badges available to use during your stay
