Downstairs has a full bath with tub/shower combo and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A stacked washer/ dryer is also located on the first floor. Upstairs has two large bedrooms and a full bath with stall shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. The backyard offers a spacious deck with patio furniture, grill, and outdoor shower. Located within walking distance from the beach and bay. Many dining options are nearby as well as shops and entertainment. Pillows, bedspreads, and mattress pads will be provided. Linens and towels will not be provided. A detached garage can be used for bicycle and beach accessory storage. Eight (8) Surf City 2024 seasonal beach badges will be provided.
