The primary suite is located on the upper level with a king size bed, full bath and private balcony. The middle level has a comfortable family room with a second TV and refrigerator. A junior suite with private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and a shared full bathroom round out the level. The rear yard is nicely landscaped and fenced for privacy with a new outdoor shower. A three stop elevator makes unpacking a breeze. Steps to the beach and walking distance to fine dining, shops and entertainment.
