Perfect 2 Bed/1 Bath/Flex Room Condo on LBI Steps to Beach & Everything LBI. Why Stay at Serenity Cove on LBI? Condo has everything you'd want in a LBI beach location. CONVENITENTLY LOCATED in Ship Bottom making getting on and off the island a breeze. The condo is close to the BEACH. You can have your toes in the sand in under 10 minutes. The UPDATED KITCHEN is perfect for saving money and preparing your own meals. However if eating out is your thing within walking distance is a VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS (Italian, sushi, American, seafood, pancake house, etc). Just want to GRAB A SNACK super nearby is an ice cream shop, a bagel place and a few more blocks away are some coffee shops. THINGS TO DO. A few blocks away are 2 mini-golf locations, a gigantic candy store, and bicycle rentals. If you LOVE SHOPPING nearby is Ron Jons, B&B department store, & some unique boutiques. LIKE TO BAR HOP - a variety of roof top, tiki & swanky bars are nearby. Don't want to drive (for a nominal fee) use the LBI shuttle to travel up and down the island.If this all sounds good then SERENITY COVE IS FOR YOU. During the season (Memorial day through Labor day) I have a 7 night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday). Check in is at 4:00 on Saturday. Check out is at 11:00 am on the following Saturday. If you are looking for a split week stay please email me before booking. I can’t promise anything but sometimes I am able to accommodate. Details of the Condo below:Serenity Cove is PERFECT for a small family, a couple or two and a group of friends. With 2 bedrooms, a flex room (can be used as an extra bedroom as it has a queen pull out sofa and a door), a beautiful updated full kitchen, spacious living room, & full bathroom (with a tub/shower). This condo can comfortably sleeps 8 and is sure to please. The condo has 2 DEDICATED OFF STREET PARKING SPACES. COMFORT is our priority. Our main bedroom features a QUEEN bed, and the second bedroom has 2 TWIN beds with brand new mattresses/box springs. There are also 2 PULL-OUT QUEEN SLEEPER SOFAS, 1 in the front flex room, & another in the living room. Additionally, the condo has 3 AC UNITS & 3 CEILING FANS, so you can control the temperature yourself. There is FREE WI-FI (if you need to check up on work) and 3 TVs with streaming capabilities (if you wish to catch up on your favorite Netflix shows). For relaxing evenings or rainy days for all ages there are a VARIETY of board games, puzzles, and cards.The condo boasts a NEWLY UPDATED KITCHEN equipped with dishes and silverware for up to 12. We are avid cooks and have stocked the kitchen with pots and pans, a crockpot and a stock pot (for seafood boils). There is also a microwave and toaster oven. If you wish to eat outside there is an outdoor patio set on the front patio with seating for 4 and a boatload of outside plastic serving pieces (cups, dip & chip, serving tray, bowls, plates etc). New this year is COFFE/TEA STATION with both a Keurig & an old fashioned coffee maker. Brand new Rae Dunn coffee & tea containers - with complimentary k-cups & tea bags. A sugar bowl and ceramic creamer cup with complimentary sugar, splenda, and sweet & low packets and coffee creamers. A coffee bean grinder for those that love freshly ground coffee. Nothing like pouring yourself a nice cup of Joe and taking a walk to the beach early in the morning. Heaven!To ensure COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS, sheets, pillowcases, shower towels and beach towels are NOT included and you MUST bring your own. Each bed does have its own coverlet/comforter (including the pull out sofas), pillows and a fluffy blanket. There is an in-unit WASHER & DRYER for all of your wet bathing suits and sandy beach towels! Feel free to wash you clothes before heading home. To make your stay super convenient BASIC ITEMS are included: a roll of toilet paper/paper towels, aluminum foil/cling wrap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen & bath hand soap, liquid laundry detergent, fabric softeners & garbage bags. We have PROVIDED (4) BEACH CHAIRS with attached SEASONAL BEACH BADGES, a rolling cooler and a picnic basket with a blanket to ensure you enjoy the nearby beach as much as we do.We hope to host you in our beautiful condo in Ship Bottom!
