You get the best of both world of being close enough to all of the attractions that seaside heights (live shows, casino pier, water park, restaurants etc ) offer while far enough to enjoy the peace and serenity.The spaceIf you are looking to energize, reconnect with family and de-stress this is the place. Relax yourself in our beach home that’s located 1 block to the bay, marina and couple of blocks to beach & boardwalk.- All rooms are equipped with Smart TV's- Kitchen is fully equipped.- Sleep Comfortably with our luxurious down-like hypo-allergenic pillows.- Every Decor & furnishing is hand picked with comfort in mind.- Don't stress about parking, there is enough off street parking , also street parking is free which is right in front and across the street. No need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life.On a side note, if you are planning for brithday parties or family reunions with big group, we have 2 more units (additional 5 bedroom with 3.5 bath that spans across additional 3500 SQ FT) on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more details.- Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills.- This BEACH house is part of the 3 family large compound. Should you have interest, you can rent all other 2 units for a family reunion/ marriages / birthday parties etc.- We are very friendly and we looking to forward to host laid-back and easy going guests only.- Be honest about number of people and do not invite over friends, who doesnt stay at our property, if you do, You shall be escorted out without refund.- We are NOT a party house and pls do not even attempt to have a house party. You shall be escorted out with police and charges will be filed - This is township ordinance. It’s not worth it.- CLEANING : We have 2 cleaning crews who take the pride in getting your units ready and they are very meticulous in what they do. However, they are humans too and should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to call us within 2 hrs of your check in and We shall have them come back to reclean your property. Again, this is a vacation property at beach. Please come to relax and enjoy.- Should you leave the property in extreme messy condition, your security deposit shall be withheld.- Town is pretty strict about Garbage and recycle. Bottles / cans / recyclables goes directly into the colored container with no bags and general trash to be bagged in black trash bags and placed in black containers. Any violations would lead to a ticket from the town that’s a responsibilities of the guest.- WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWEL SERVICE.Our goal is to make your stay memorable, comfortable and plain just relaxation. We will try our best to help you with any questions you may have. Enjoy your Stay!We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see belowAs per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and we do not host after prom or high school kids as per this new regulations. Everyone staying at the property must be of the same family, per the new law. Any group rental seeking to check in with guest under 21 years of age not belonging to the same family or bring / attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
