However, they are humans too and should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to call us within 2 hrs of your check in and We shall have them come back to reclean your property. Again, this is a vacation property at beach. Please come to relax and enjoy.Our goal is to make your stay memorable, comfortable and plain just relaxation. We will try our best to help you with any questions you may have. Enjoy your Stay!OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE- No Loud music or parties of any kind- Please be honest about number of people, overcrowding is frowned upon and pls do not invite over friends who doesnt stay at our property, if you do, You shall be escorted out without refund. - Should you leave the property in extreme messy condition, your security deposit shall be withheld. - Town is pretty strict about Garbage and recycle. Bottles / cans / recyclables goes directly into the colored container with no bags and general trash to be bagged in black trash bags and placed in black containers. Any violations would lead to a ticket from the town that’s a responsibilities of the guest.- WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWEL SERVICE.- Any reservations more than 2 weeks MUST avail our weekly cleaning service @ 50% of the cleaning fees. This extra charge will be sent thru VRBO NEIGHBORHOOD6th Ave in seaside park is the most sought after prime location, which is centrally located to town, walkable to department stores, several restaurants, bakeries , bay beach, toddler bay beach. Very quiet beach block , stones throw away from beach. This is a FAMILY RESORT TOWN, very family friendly and you can rent bikes , if you forgot to bring yours.Getting aroundWe provide 1 Off street parking, while street parking is free. Pretty much everything is walkable or you can bike around. If you like, you can rent a bike within 2 min walk as well.
