Lovely cottage, 1/2 block from the beach. Family and pet friendly. This spacious and recently remodeled 2 story cottage is 1/2 block from the beach. There is off-street, private parking. 4 Beach tags are provided.Upstairs has two private bedrooms and one open space bedroom. Downstairs has a full kitchen and living room. Property includes beautiful private patio with grill, as well as a 2nd story private deck.We are a family friendly property. We welcome adults age 25 and above, and their children/grandchildren. We do not accept high school or college groups.Guest must provide their own bed linens and towels.
