Two block from the Casino Pier Amusement Rides. Walking to distance to grocery store (ACME), Liquor Store, CVS, Brewery, Laundromat, local bars and nightlife.NO DOGS NO CATS NO PETS OR ANY ANIMALS. NO SMOKING BOTH INSIDE and ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. External cameras installed for guest safety to monitor driveway, common walkway and the entrance of rear unit on the deck. **You have an option to rent out the other on-site similar property for those who have a bigger family or want to bring guests.This unit is in the rear of 2-unit multifamily property. Access the property by walking on the aisle on the right hand side of the property. There is a wooden gate on your left that leads you to the wooden deck. The main door is on your right. Two steps up.Beach Passes: You were provided two beach passes at the time of check-in. Upon check out, please ensure the passes are returned in the basket where you found them. You will be charged $150.00 per missing beach pass.SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One on front unit facing the driveway and another one on rear unit facing the deck. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the propertyToilets: Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.NOISE SENSITIVE: This is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, loud music or noises. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and/or charged a minimum fee of $1000.***Note: NO Pets allowed!! Violators of this rule will be charged a minimum fee of $250.***Note: You MUST be 21 years of age or older to book the property. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent at ALL times. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation amount and cannot exceed 5 guests. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $100 per unregistered guest per night.***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.***Note: Rental Property Agreements are required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D. after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. We require a guest list for each confirmed booking***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm the guest's reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
