All manners of pots and pans- Coffee maker (Keurig) - Stainless steel refrigerator- Gas stove- Toaster - DishwasherBathroom 1:Bedroom 1: White Duvets, sheets and Comforters . 1 Queen size bed and pillows and 1 nightstand with lamp, Closet space and mirror doors.Bedroom 2: White Duvets, Sheets and Comforter. 1 Full Size Bed and pillows and 1 night stand with lamp, Closet spaceCloset spaceGuests have access to the entire space.Other things to noteElectricity costs are super high. We ask our guests to be mindful of usage and help us reduce costs. We are extremely grateful for picking us and helping us!**The Space***No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included and also a fully equipped kitchen. If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there is another apartment right below which also has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, living room, & dining room. Please contact me and I will give you more information.***Toiletries***Linens (sheets, blankets, towels, duvets), paper towels/toilet paper (limited in quantity), shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap and dish soap ,also hand towels and pillows are provided. We also leave a little gift for our guest based on the season, for example in the summer we provided one bottle of sunblock, water and chips. *** Beach Badges ***Don’t waste time waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges for adults 12-64 are included for your convenience and enjoyment, kids 11 and under are free. All beach badges must be returned or the guests will be charged full costs to replace which is $350 for all or $80each. I will have my cleaning lady take pictures before each check in and after check out to make sure the badges are there for the next guest. The parking space is only for one car and you must park in the spot assigned for this apartment only. Do not block other guest space, do not park in the side of the parking lot and do not park by the entrance or your car will be towed away. If your group has more than one car, find a parking spot on the street, just make sure you pay the meter or you will get a ticket.
