COZY and FUN! 2 BR/1 BA w/AC - Sleeps 6-1 block to boards & beach (incl. badges) Just a block in from the Seaside Heights boardwalk, this location has all that you want for a quick summer getaway with local fun and entertainment all around you. Just a short walk from your landing you will find yourself at the famous Casino Pier rides and games, Breakwater Beach Water Park, or Smuggler's Cove putt-putt and go karts. The apartment is a cozy clean family friendly space just a block from the boardwalk and beach. This air conditioned unit has two bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen, as well as a nice living space to hang out or watch TV. One bedroom includes a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin trundle beds, and the couch located in the living space has a hideaway queen. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided in the apartment. All furniture and appliances are in good condition and working order, including a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. Cabinets come stocked with dishes, wine/regular glasses, and silverware. 6 beach badges will also be available for your enjoyment of the Seaside Heights beaches and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella available for your convenience. A patio set with umbrella and barbecue grill are located on the property as well so you can enjoy grilling out with family and friends. The fun can continue with a handful of games also available for your entertainment in the apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets or smoking in our apartment. We also require that one renter is an adult of at least 28 years of age or older. No additional guests are allowed beyond the registered guests on the rental agreement. We do request our registered guests be respectful of all other tenants. A refundable deposit will also be required.
