All garbage cans are to be removed from the curb before 1pm on collections days. You can not mix the garbage with recyclables, they will not pick it up. Point Pleasant Beach is issuing tickets for not following the garbage ordinance. Point Pleasant Beach has hired an employee to that goes around and takes pictures of the garbage that is in violation. Everyone had to label their garbage cans with their address, so they know who is in violation. If we receive a ticket for you not following the ordinance we will have to pass that fee onto you after your stay. ***We are sorry to have to do this on your vacation, but everyone needs to follow the rules.
