It is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants on Arnold Avenue, NJ Transit, a playground with basketball and tennis courts (one block west), and the beach. The house is only 3 blocks away from the beach, boardwalk, Jenkinson's Amusement Park, and the aquarium. It has three bedrooms & two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop, and an island that seats four people. Its open floor plan creates a more comfortable environment when staying with family or friends. You can also enjoy the back deck directly off the kitchen to dine alfresco while watching the weekly fireworks display at Jenkinson's. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The ground level is dedicated to the garage and storage space.Pets may be negotiable. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. (4) Beach badges provided. Off-street parking available for one car. (2) overnight street parking passes.
