Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs and Umbrella's in garage for use. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental and CSA damage option is required with this rental.Indoor / outdoor gas fireplace is not for use. Outdoor fire pit can be used but please note tenant is responsible for clean up from usage upon departure.
