The first floor has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, gigantic center island that seats 6, and a dining table that seats 8. The family room has Sunbrella fabric covered couches, 55" television, and a gas fireplace. Also on the first floor is a full bath and bedroom with queen size bed. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, gas fireplace, 55" television, and attached bathroom with dual sinks. The second master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, 55" television, and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and attached bathroom. Bedroom 4 on the second floor has a queen bed. Off the second floor hallway are a full bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. The third floor is perfect for fun and relaxation with a 65" flat screen television, foosball table, pull-out sofa, 2 large beanbag chairs that convert into queen mattresses, and a full bathroom. The rooftop deck is the perfect place for morning yoga with its amazing view of the bay or night-time lounging under the stars. You will want to eat every meal out on the stunning bluestone patio with outdoor dining table that seats 8. The exterior also has a beautiful heated pool, outdoor daybed with canopy, lounge chairs, outdoor grill, and 2 paddle boards. This property can comfortably sleep 10-12 people in the bedrooms and a few more on the third floor and is a short walk to the beach.
