Property is just 2 1/2 short blocks to Beach and also in close proximity to Bay. House sleeps (6) six and is complete with new Central air-conditioning system and ceiling fans. Lovely landscaping and super clean and well maintained home. Outdoor gas barbecue for summer cookouts complete with picnic table. Brand new custom deck and railings, with private outdoor shower. Great sliding glass doors lead out to elevated wrap around deck, that gives you privacy and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.We redid so much of this home through the winter of 18-19, to make it perfect. Nearby Activities: Spend your days on the beach and enjoy the many restaurants and activities while you are vacationing in lovely Lavallette, NJ.
